im all for it, then we can get on with reparations for victims of crime, including their families and friends who were affected. perhaps if criminals and their families could be punished, people would bring up their turd kids properly.

How about the black indigenous population that readily sold their fellow countrymen into bondage in numbers far greater than any other nation has ever been responsible for. They have obviously got to pay for their crimes.
