Wrong! The picture depicts an incident where a white man was pushed to the ground by a black man. The white guy pulls out a gun and the black man stops moving toward him and steps back. Then the white guy shoots him. Once the man steps back the other man is no longer in danger, but he fires his weapon anyhow. They are telling the story a little wrong. The guy on the ground had the gun. You can see on camera he got in the black guys face provoking a fight and when he pushed him the guy with the gun fell to the ground, pulled a gun out, and just shot him dead.

Stand your ground law, with guns abled? That's INSANE! So any weakling can provoke a situation and kill someone without actually coming into physical contact?!!!! Wtf. That's clearly going to be abused.
