My school waits till Blue belt too. The main reason being by the time you tap or feel pain your knee is already fucked
They need to ban them. Will all the submissions out there there's no reason to risk them.

My shoulder is very injured idk what the problem is with it because I don’t remember having a bad hit or submission that made me feel pain in my shoulder but the next day I can’t even move my arm without hurting and it’s been a week and I can’t sleep on my right side. Idk what to do about it
