Rogan is such a douche to say what he said about Luta livre being not as good as BJJ. Luta came from catch and catch has always been a problem of BJJ and it's the other way around that BJJ people would go learn catch techniques in order to get some catching up. Truth.
I've never liked Joe Rogan; it brings a smile to my face knowing his eternity will be in a place that was meant for Satan and his angels.
The Gracie's could hold it down in the street but make no mistake, NONE of the Gracie's wanted anything to do with Marco Ruas in any type of setting and Rickson didn't want any of Sakuraba either.
That story reminded me of my younger years (70s) when people would form a circle and just let two people bare-knuckle fight it out and not jump in nor pull out any guns! And when the loser admitted hed lost and could not take it anymore He simply stated it and everyone was cool about it. As a man you took and ACCEPTED defeat and simply learned how to live with it just the same as learning how to live with the winnings. But now today men cannot handle losing.!
The Gracies have done a ton of dirty stuff also. Like jumping people that beat one of them.
