I support banning any room and board on college campuses. If you are going to college live at home or find an apartment to rent like you would normally. The biggest costs for a college education is room and board. Cut that back and the people in debt after college because of college will plummet dramatically.
Edit: A stock tax for anytime you trade stocks would impact the poor who want to get into the market more than the rich. The rich would barely feel it whereas the poor would.
