He allows bad things to happen cause trials produce endurance and it helps us to rely on God more then ourselves and also sanctify's us if we endure to the end. If we never had hardships we would never learn to turn to God at all. We learn with time that we can go to Him all the time and He is truly good father to us and its not His fault for sin in the world.
