I hate agreeing with Brandon, but he’s right.
Joe's drank the Kool-aid again. I remember those times and 50s guys were not effeminate like guys today. Nobody back then would have even thought twice about kicking Bruce Lee's ass. First of all, eastern martial arts wasn't even a thing back then and Bruce Lee had not been immortalized yet into a sacred cow that can not be bestowed anything less than honor. I think the movie was pretty spot on.
