Cant ignore the hyoid bone being broken which is more often seen with strangulation and not always seen with hanging oneself. Not to mention how tall he was along with the height of the bunk bed in the room and how much downward force would be needed to break the hyoid bone even from a hanging is literally scientifically impossible.
