Paid a thousand dollars to be taught a less-good version of mindfulness meditation. TM is scientology for meditators.

There is controversy because it has to be passed on from specific teachers and it costs.
His heart beat comment made me buy iwatch 7. If it weren’t for that comment i wouldn’t have bought it. Anyway, it’s a great investment. Also, at the time I bought my heart rate was 80 (resting rate), now my lowest resting rate is 48 bpm. The drop is due to weightlifting, brisk walking and quitting smoking—started vaping—also, lost some 65 pounds of weight over the course of a year(btw not a healthy way to lose weight—one should do it in a sustainable way keeping metabolism in mind. I’ve kept that weight at bay by exercising and walking.
