W may have been well intended, Cheney was not

Good intentions? He invaded a country off a lie that he knew was a lie before starting it. The inspectors were telling Bush they are not finding anything and give more time. Cheney said in a 1998 gulf war doc “if we hadn’t damaged Saddam’s ability to make WMD’s in 15-20 years from now he’d have the capability to make em”…that’s if they didn’t damage the sites which they did. 4 years later cheney says he 100% has them.

”Saddam is meeting with top al-Qaeda officials”. Which he wasn’t. We didn’t know better back then but terrorist were a threat to Saddam and he didn’t like them.
Saddam wanted to talk with Bush but Bush wouldn’t. Not saying Saddam was a good guy but he didn’t want war and didn’t do any attacks on us outside his country. Not to mention the lies and unwilling to negotiate just makes it worse.
To put the cherry on top of that, we ended up taking over the country, tried to use our military as nation builders and installing rules/laws that don’t follow muslim beliefs. We fired the whole Iraqi gov and gave power to a minority…what do you thinks going to happen 🤦🏻♂️.
People don’t know what they got till it’s gone, same with us and Trump no longer being our President. Inflation, mass immigration, drugs everywhere, a dementia old person who can’t walk or talk is running the country right now.

Go back and watch him sell his soul w congress for a never ending war OF terror, not on terror..EVERYONE at ground zero kept saying bombs were going off in there..like you would hear in a demolition..thermite residue found on steel beams cut at 90 degree angles..there's a petition of over a thousand structural engineers testifying that it is impossible that they fell the way they did if jet fuel even could have melted the relatively small area exposed to jet fuel in comparison to those massive THREE structures..and building 7..idk, I'm no conspiracy theorist but it's hard to deny the facts, look into it.
