Careful with sparring. There are some asshole dudes who spar to win and they will try to mess you up with a liver shot at %80 power. Protect yourself. They are assholes but they are teaching you to protect your liver or else. It sucks that they have more experience but it is all a lesson and you can overcome it. Show them you can take it and show them you will give it back.
I got hit in the liver multiple times. It takes a few seconds to feel the pain but when it hits bye nervous system
