The very word wine means a fermented alcoholic drink made with grapes, if it's not fermented grapes then it's not wine, I think the Biblical writers knew the difference between wine and grape juice.
The wine was to celebrate a wedding feast and cheer up the people at the feast. Noah also made his own wine and it made him drunk, wine is wine. The wine was also a symbol of Christs sacrifice and the blood he would shed later as a sacrifice for our sins.
The difference is they knew when to stop drinking. The Bible even says a little wine is good for the stomach. When your whole life revolves around wine and alcohol, that is when it becomes a problem.

I dissagree about the wine. They said I believe that they saved the best for last. Why would it not have alcohol in it? It's a wedding party. Even a drunk can tell if there's no alcohol in it. But also we are taught by God not to get drunk with wine. Wine is an alcoholic beverage if not its grape juice
