Ive dealt directly with that guy. We had a huge vegetable farm where one deer could take one bite out of hundreds of pumpkins and do thousands of dollars worth of damage. He was niggardly in issuing me depardation permits, never did so over the phone like his predecessors, insisted on seeing the vegetable damage and showed up at 6am the next morning after I had made a kill or two to inspect the deer carcasses to make sure they were killed humanely and dressed properly. A real hard ass.
Yep catching them on land that's theirs….as you know they are indegenious .but that's a whole nother topic
