Yeah but CA fkd it up by over regulation driving up costs of legal thus giving more business to cartels. So many legal ops are shutting down due to profit losses now.
I think a lot of people miss the point and misquote john. He isn’t saying Legalizing and de regulation is the end all solution. Look at Oregon with evry drug. They decriminalized all drugs now the cartels are ruining the land growing “legally” on leased land, fetynal and meth are all still being used and sold by the cartels it’s just easier to operate here now. Legalizing doesn’t get rid of the cartels. If they can legally grow and sell to dispensaries and on the street, they will.
You're never gonna break the Black Market. Why? Cause you can still buy really good Bud on the street for less than the Shops sell it for. The Shops upcharge too much. Not only that, but I don't want to be paying some dumb tax charge on it. And big Corporations are getting involved. I'd much rather buy from and support my friend instead of a Shop or Corporation.
This guy is just tryna crush the smaller growers for his Corporate bosses who want to take over the industry. SUPPORT THE BLACK MARKET!!
