Sadly, it can also be a generational curse. My great grandma bought up my motherless mum-abusive in every way father. Mum had me and my lil bro (Rip now) out of wedlock, in turn my son out of wedlock, all of us fatherless. I didn't think I missed anything but having even a Heavenly Father is sometimes hard to wrap my head around.
Never really grew up with either parent,had a step father but he is a nutter, and alcoholic,mom just narcissistic. But i have my heavenly father.
I still feel pain due to the fact that the fathers of my children did not lift a finger being a father.
