I agree, I hate teams too because when you're apart of a team you're only as good as the weakest link. I find usually when I am on a team at some point I'm looking to get off that team to find a better team and usually I spend my time alone. Teams don't really suck, it's people that suck. Everyone wants to be on a team the question is which one.
I hate this anti-team bs. Attempting to look at the world as a place where everyone's interests align might be a good thought exercise.
But it is not a genuine world view and you are kidding your self if you think otherwise. Does Rogan grab homeless men and bring him into his home? No?
Because Joe Rogans kids are genuinely on the Rogan team and that is a random hobo. And there is nothing wrong with that.
