Teams in and of themselves are not good or evil by nature it's what they achieve and their motives that make them good or bad. Team USA defeated Nazism, that was a good thing. Team abolition ended slavery, that was a good thing. Organizations go into third world countries and provide aid to people, that's a good thing.
Why is he worried about not being in a team when teams can do so much good? I hope it's because he is trying to be polite or being more humble?
