I’d have a house, a new car, and kids by now if it weren’t for student loans. Biggest fucking scam to saddle 18 year olds with 100s of thousands of dollars who don’t understand how loans work and are promised they’ll find a good enough paying job after graduating then don’t
I’d like to meet the person who worked and paid for their tuition. I want to know who worked a full time job and went to school full time and paid $50-$100k in tuition
You don't pay for study Penn, you pay for the little piece of white paper that says you went there and lets you apply for jobs you will be knocked back from. Education needs to be free.
Strange that something no one values in words is so valued by peoples behaviour and commitment.
A bank in a free market would not issue a loan to most of them. And that’s a good thing. If they don’t know how to be responsible for themselves, why would they succeed with a degree?
