All my siblings and i have acrophobia and Claustrophobia, acrophobia runs in my dad’s family side while Claustrophobia runs in my mom’s family side

Fear is genetic however phobias are developed like most societal or emotional issues including homosexuality, depression, etc….
I’d say no because I used to loveee bugs as a kid but now like spiders/centipedes/silverfish make my adrenaline go to 100 😂
