Wow is he off and naive on this. Shows the limits of thinkers like him. Novelty? The creative aspect is the evolution of all brain activities even basic survival mechanisms . Wow he shuts down there. Bizarre.
creativity is actually a bestowed priveledge and a limited resource. thats why they call creative people "gifted". 🙂
it's about not being lazy, everyone can learn to draw or make music, if you put in the hours
The reason why most people are not creative is because they spend too much time consuming and not enough time in solitude, producing thoughts of value. The most creative people were loners left alone with their thoughts…. when you do this you can no longer be reliant on the thoughts of others, you are forced to develop your own, for self entertainment and survival purposes. You become a free thinker… when you spend a lot of time doing this, it builds up the creative areas of your brain to be much more powerful. Look back at most creative geniuses you will see many of them spent many years alone… Tesla, Da vinci etc. Your creativity also withers if you do not continue to excercise it, much like how a muscle will weaken should you no longer use it. Schools do not foster creativity much either, they in fact mostly stifle it's development… which is through design, as government wants order followers not people that question things and want to create better rules… the free thinking man is the most dangerous thing to a government.
I don’t think Joe gets enough credit for how smart he actually is lol this dude is bringing up the intriguing, interesting crazy ass questions for hours at a time everyday kinda crazy
