Humans must be so arrogant and stupid to think animals, especially dogs, don't have emotions and consciousness.
What about dolphins a whales ect i dont buy this i seen a guy release a gorrilla and one a lion and they came back years later and they were very excited
They are type of animal that stays in packs, so social animal is the word. But they lack empathy and possibly lack sympathy . They have great senses and emotions would get in the way of that so it's up in the air meaning debatable.
They can see our emotions and calculate what to do to be a good boy. Happy personal (body language) dog reflects that. It’s also called domestication. It’s the human brain that makes you believe that the dog is happy. But ultimately that’s the dog’s survival we are our pets care takers that’s a under lining factor. The dog knows your his care take and the dogs doing what it’s been raised to that factor of life. No human, No food. It’s a big mind game lmao just look at every animal not domesticated. They have 2 “ emotions” defensive (territorial) sacred (vulnerable) this goes way back to humans too.
Anyone who's had a dog knows they're conscious, ive seen a dog grieve for it's friend who was put down it was terrible. Wouldn't eat or sleep or do anything for days. Maybe science has a different word but grief was all I could see 😢
