Zombies don't suffer anxiety, they know what they want. Brains
There are 2 main pathways to anxiety. The biochemical involves low serotonin and/or high dopamine…or low GABA…or low glycine. Amino acids are the precursors to all of those. This chemistry is rather stable over a 90 day period. Tge second road to anxiety is fight-or-flight activity, which when massively revved up is THE cause of panic attacks. This path starts with a core belief that the world is a dangerous place. That belief gives rise to an anxiety-prone personality. That person overestimates the danger and underestimates their ability to deal with that danger. When that person is triggered, anxiety suddenly rises. If the change is sudden, it’s all about the autonomic nervous system. My approach is to treat tge body (amino acid therapy), the mind, and the MindBody connection. Of course if someone is on a life situation in which they feel trapped, they will feel anxious.
OK JOE, I GET WHERE THIS HUY IS GOING…. OK, BUT IM QUITE CERTAIN AN 8 PANEL DRUG TEST WOULD VERIFY THAT HIS JOURNEY IS SELF MEDICATED. DUH
" I have spent my life waiting in fear for that that has yet to happen" This quote is my experience of anxiety then Xanax then both then alcohol then both then stopped then anxiety then take nothing then calm . Thank God
Humans have the ability to make thought more real than anything.
