The 60’s were the boomers rejecting the conformity and formality of their parents generation. Anything was possible. They changed the world. But they went off a cliff in the 80’s and pretty much became a worse, more fanatical version of their parents that is still having a profound effect on our culture, and not in a good way.
Waaaait. So your saying a group of musicians responsible for getting a generation of people to rethink their parents ideals, that happened to be brainwashed by the government, all died accidentally from overdoses… yeah seems clean lol
there is another interview with Jim during a proper interview talking about this a little more clearly, its amazing, the guys was ahead of his time, he wasnt just this outrageous guy, he was pretty private and very intelligent
