Being a Navajo Native American, this is a good man. With our tribe we have people who really want to do good things with the land, people who just want to take advantage of the land and our people, and flakes that say everything is sacred. You really have to let the Hawaiians decide this but make sure the PEOPLE vote on it. Too many times a few people try to represent our entire tribe AND too many times 'the white man' and the US Government will take everything from us if we say, "okay you can use this land for a few years", usually because of white greed. This is for science but we should let the Hawaiians decide.
I'm sure Africa has better sites than Hawaii. The problem with American exceptionalism is that it always comes at a cost to native people everywhere in the world they set foot on. Part of that egotistical white supremacist doctrine is they leave their garbage & shit everywhere they touch. They have bad karma and bad credit.
