The colder the ice. The harder it is to skate. You cant skate on ice if the abient air is below 0 and the ice is around -10° making it much harder to have true agility with blades.
I only watch these videos of neil degreaser to see how much hate he (deservedly) get's in the comments. May as well not even be on Joe's channel considering he doesnt get the chance to speak a word.
