    Spoilage bacteria are easy to detect (visual or organoleptic) so you know when food has “gone bad.” Problem is, microscopic pathogenic bacteria can’t be seen or smelled – hence the term microscopic. Raw milk may very well be contaminated with pathogenic microscopic organisms and a consumer has no way to know it. Properly pasteurized milk is free of pathogenic bacteria and is safer for immunocompromised groups – infants, the elderly, pregnant women – to consume. And the data around allergies, dermatitis, etc. superficially appear to have a correlation with pasteurized milk however there are so many other variables to consider a direct correlation is difficult, if not impossible, to establish.

  2. Hey Joe, please go to Europe and do a documentary on Milk and the cows (A1 protein cows and A2 protein cows) they use for dairy and the process in Switzerland, Germany, France, & Italy. Could you look up how the Mayo Clinic put people on raw milk diets to cure them of various diseases? God is an Organic God and I believe anything humans do to alter, disrupt, and pervert the organic and pure natural order of things leads to hell, death, and destruction. People of the past generations who grew up on Raw A2 Milk have better IQs and are healthier overall?
