I am challenged with ulcer. I never allowed it to stop me from fasting. I want to encourage people who thing that because of certain illnesses they cannot fast. I fast 7 days at time with liquids only, sometimes dry 2 day fasts. The secret is asking God before you fast to help you.
To God be all the Glory for his GRACE upon you for enhancing my biblical knowledge spiritually and opening my eyes to some essential realities.
