Multiple studies have shown that violent movies and video games don’t make people violent. If someone does find that they want to engage in the violent acts seen in fiction, they’re probably someone who isn’t mentally stable to begin with.
I believe that it does but at the same time people have to realize it is not real even factual movies it still has a sense of dramatization to it. If you don’t believe me what about Rocky? Rocky makes you cheer and makes you motivated so how could a movie not make you want to be violent?
