  1. Anxiety is still stigmatized as being a "worrywart". You don't have to be concerned about possible outcomes; there is no worse feeling than having a good day, then an overwhelming sense of dread suddenly overtakes you. Just imagine the feeling you had during the most traumatic experience of your life, except nothing is actually happening to you, just that same feeling. It's a mental/emotional prison.
