Forced diversity is literally racism

Interesting things that I can’t help but notice. 1. There’s never going to be a reasonable conversation about diversity that would describe the attempts as “forced”. 2. Joe isn’t the least bit racist but, it’s starting to become extremely problematic how he seems to do more negative than good, in terms of moving forward. Far too often, he likes to talk about subjects, like diversity and so-called PC culture, without a representative of the group(s) he’s taking issue with. The responsible and appropriate way to engage issues about minorities, would be to include a member of that community. At the very least, have someone who’s knowledgeable and can properly challenge the opinion in some way. If not, it comes out to be a bunch of non affected people, making criticisms of things that aren’t their burdens to bear, which is glaringly convenient. 3. He needs to take responsibility for his audience and the things he encourages. Ignorant people are completely satisfied by the opinion of one popular person’s belief, which is irrationally processed as total validation for more ignorance
