The fact that SJW's have to force their ideas on others,means that we don't want it,and it's oppressive thing to do, if it doesn't have general approval but it's forced on others.It feels like giving a shit to a person,and telling him that he must eat that shit because Grand Master of Political Corectness said so.

But the people who force diversity dont believe in the concept that any one is better than anyone at anything. Or, more accurately, if someone appears to be better, it's only because racist/sexist/whateverist society made it that way.
That's why you now see leftists tearing down math, science and logic as "white supremacy," because it's on the areas where there are measurable, objectively correct answers that you cant hide unequal outcomes through social promotion. So the idea is to start to deconstruct even the idea that mathematics can represent objective reality.
