Joe you need more information, or maybe not have an opinion on this…
I bet any kind of money she was fucking this man and he decided he wanted nothing to do with her so she shot him. Why else would she delete text messages leading up to the shooting.
Wasn't her apartment downstairs and his was upstairs?
You do not know the facts about this case Joe. There were no interactions between both parties at all.
The guy was "mistakenly" shot, sure. "Accident", NO! She intended to shoot the man.
She was mistaken about where she was (allegedly) and purposefully shot the person she mistakenly assumed was intruding in her living space. The shooting was not an ACCIDENT!
