Federal judge just blocked the family’s lawsuit against Dallas today. Said the city of Dallas isn’t responsible… meanwhile, pg+e is having to pay $11 billion in CA to those with “wildfire insurance” for the fires. Nobody wants either of these realities but as news it’s pretty divisive and shocking.
