Ah good ol manic depression…aka bipolar disorder. Massive manic highs, and extremely bottomless pit lows…yay.
i dont like her way of explaining bipolar. she probably knows what it is, and her explanation isn't wrong, its just it can be taken the wrong way.
Mental illness sucks I know. Mine has to do with memory and things turning black and staring at walls for hours. Then I will be ok. But I was in car crash as a young kid. And so I have major bipolar issues.
I don’t see the lack of attention on mental health I’ve seen a fetishizing if it, where it’s almost applauded to have more “baggage” than others, as if it makes you a better person than someone else. As someone who deals with mental health I hate the fetishizing of it
