It wasn't until 1:30 when the vocal exercises became serious. Before that everything was in falsetto. That's perfect for the very 1st cold vocal warmup of the signing practice RE vocal exercises in falsetto (head voice; which when an adult human female with a naturally NORMAL RANGE voice might pass for a soprano who's notes are so high they're expected to sing in head voice.) Sometimes the tenors are asked to sing in head voice, but that's only when they sing high but very quiet. That's rare; almost ALL other times the tenor part(s) in any choral work are always the most difficult part(s) and are expected to be sung in FULL voice.) Having said that Iove the fact that Nikki said "It's the mouth, throat and nose" instead of using terms like "chest" and "head"
I'd like Nikki to show any human being to have better vocal facility in the higher notes using their FULL voice. If she's an "unsung" opera singer then that'd explain a lot, although I don't personally believe that not being an opera singer disqualifies her for her views. I'm just saying she's not a singer, least of all qualified to criticize ACTUAL opera singers. However, she seem to know a lot about the voice. Reality bless her!
