It’s amazing how we make excuses when we are in such a developed habit. Being on the road is an even easier place to work out, with hotel gyms and such. But really, Iu can do it on anywhere, even on a plane if you really wanted.

After researching Redban's past, and seeing the outcome of his poor choices… I feel bad for him. It's sad that Brian doesn't give a shit about his appearance, and/or how he carries himself on Social Media. Hopefully one day Brian drops the Wendy's Girl Obsession, stops streaming random video games, and changes his outlook on life.
He's got a girl, a successful podcast following, but self-care should always come first. Also, half a pack per day is insane. As a Christian/Buddhist/Naturalist, I pray that Brian does not have a death wish.
Everyone becomes the product of their environment, who they spend time with, and the impact of their life goals. Brian needs to lower his guard, accept criticism, and grow thicker skin. Everyone learns the most from failure: taking hits and eating shit cultivate the wisdom of unwavering humble pie.
Holy shit I only just saw Brian for the first time and he looked nothing like he'd sounded all those years on JRE……. But what I saw was YOUNG Brian, and now I see this. Brian looks nothing like Brian looked who looked nothing like Brian sounded. My head is fucking fried
