Not everybody wants the bloated TRT frame. Theo Von said it best when he said Joe looks like a turkey tied up. I’d rather have my dad bod than whatever weird thing Rogan calls a healthy body.
Wait all this time I thought Redban was Jamie and he just went by a different name, just found out he's been gone since 2013 which was the year I started watching JRE.

The head also looks bigger after one looses alot of weight because “we” are used to seeing it small in comparison to the body. It takes a while for our brains to get accustomed to the new body. Head fat, also does take longer to balance out, extra skin needs longer time to normalize through autophagy and all that.
