  1. Keto is boring. I am on Keto and while I don't feel that bad, I also don't think it has any major effects in terms of weight (and I don't even eat that much). I also sleep a lot less, I get more pimples and my skin isn't that great.

  2. I watch this video every time I break keto to make me feel better about breaking it. I usually feel so much guilt and anxiety, when breaking it towards the end of each month.
