If you plan your weeks and pay attention to carb count, you can eat some fruits. I used to go strict for the first two days of the week, and then loosened up to 40g carb limit which gave more flexibility but kept me in ketosis. But everyone’s body works different. Strict keto where you avoid everything is fukin awful, you have to find a balance
Keto is boring but the point is you kinda stop caring about food as much when you're truly in ketosis
I gained weight on keto. But here’s the kicker. I’m underweight and have been trying to gain for the last 4 years
