5:24, people generally drive better when slightly high. They are more careful and aware. Obviously, there's a limit… you can be too careful and aware. But, if you're drunk and you notice the lights going red – chances are you speed up and try to win time. If you're high? You slow down real careful and stop way before the line.

With cannabis being illegal federally they can’t study how long thc stays in your system. Since everyone is different and how they function what if someone smokes with a high tolerance after smoking for a long time and they get this breathalyzer and for them the high is only like a hour rather than 2-3 but it still shows up on the system for it being in there system. Same goes past 3 hours and it still shows it’s in there system even though they feel fine 2 hours before that. They are trying so hard to make money off this some how after it becomes legal. They also have to do this because they know legalization is right around the corner.
