All these vegans forget that the amazon rainforest is knocked down to farm soy, it's covered in pesticides, herbicides and fungicides that ruin the ecosystem, the phytoestrogens make insects infertile, which further sabotages biodiversity, then this 'food' is covered in plastic packaging (since when was that good for the planet?) and flown half way around the world by burning loads of diesel. It's sad that vegans are sabotaging their health based on a marketing scam from the food industry.
I eat vegan some days, and add a little protein some days with meat (and yes, I know I can get protein from plant sources π). Could care less what anybody else eats. People need to mind their own business. Leave folks alone with whatever they want to eat. Geez.
