It is my opinion…Lol…That one of the main factors that contributes to “Atheists vs Religious people is neither really has any answers. Both viewpoints are coming from the unknown. Neither side can accurately and honestly say there is or isn’t an afterlife, alternate plane of existence or a God or Gods. We just simply have no way of knowing. While science is a way of contemplating and working out problems with the Scientific method, it isn’t the be/end all and can’t answer every question we have.
There's wisdom in the bible no doubt about it but tbh idk both extrmemes are bad

My first experience with religion is when my parents and I attended a Catholic Church service when I was about 11 years old. I honestly thought the whole thing was scary watching those priests going through their motions of offering the wafer & wine to people. The jesus statue was scary he was all bloodied. It was like a Halloween cult party when I think back on it. Never willingly set foot inside a church ever since…thank god. Did I say god?
