  1. The problem with a lot of people is that instead of doing what they can to achieve results, they prefer to make fun of people who actually get results. When someone gives them resonable options, they always find excuses. The best solution is to ignore these people, they have their way, I have my way.

  2. ok I got an average almost dad bod like those slim dad bods… and i've been cutting that fat but one thing I can't respect is regardless of how skinny, short, tall or muscular or fat people use that as some lame unscientific way of judging somebody's intelligence, one of my old tutors from college is a games design teacher/programmer/IT repair expert and he is 6"+ mountain of muscle built like chris hemsworth in his 40's and he is a sharp, witty intelligent guy! theres even a guy whos a biologist/wrestler/boxer/body builder

the matter of fact is don't judge a person's intelligence by the way they look a person who's built like hulk hogan could have 50-80 more IQ and 60 more EQ it's like don't judge a person's ability to kick your ass that nerd in the corner could be a black belt or a professional lightweight boxer… it goes both ways stop thinking your guesses are educated ones assume that you know nothing and you will go through life learning without harming others or being harmed due to simple ignorance!

you may think oh big strong guy surely he can handle someone poking fun… never act like you know someone by appearance… body language can also be decieving

I may walk like a stud who get's all the girls but when I walk home depsite having family I do feel lonely
it's easy to seem like nothing hurts you then cry at home

this is why I hate labels & stereotypes it messes up divides society especially when it's advertised I don't think anyone should be ashamed for their bod be it fit or otherwise and sure some people didn't take a natural route to fit bods I don't agree with it

but as long as they recognise it and accept that, then it's ok by me I won't shame them for unatural muscle but I would ask them to stop for their health in the long run… but I won't assume steroids for just anyone who suddenly gains muscle like you said it's genetic… chris hemsworth is one such person I know i'll never have a thor bod… and even if I had his genetics I'd have no need to body build like he did for the thor movies (he never worked out before that all natural)

plus as I recall he said it was hell forcefeeding himself that chicken he only did it for the role but if he'd not been an actor I don't think he would of done it honestly

theres nothing wrong with fit bods or fat bods unless you count health issues leaning too far in either direction
    which makes me wonder

if fitness too much can be bad… and fatness too much can be bad then is my in the middle baby fat with slightly thick muscled arms and shoulders the prime human body perfect for the modern age the best blend of modern and primordial the average bod

sorry I love balanced things i'm biased… but all I want is a balanced diet that I won't have to force myself to eat without sacrificing too many good tasting food!

i'm currently on carribean stir fry, curry, chinese stir fry, watermelon, (gonna try sweet potato), schwarma, a 300g flapjack once in a while for sugar boost, tuna salad, low fat high protein wild salmon (not that high fat farmed stuff), duck noodle stir fry and more but every now and again I get out some free from warbuton wraps and margarine and layer it thick then wrap my stir fried foods in it…(also virgin olive oil)

and ya know what despite it all being healthy and helping me lose weight… it all fucking taste good

(I also use a nut based purition protein shake meal and oatsmilk mixed with smoothies that have high amounts of blueberry to help slim)

plenty of water on the hot days I won't force myself to drink stupid amounts of water in short periods either like some do besides what's the point you drink it too fast and it won't be absorbed

also sore muscles can become more common and painful as you build them though this is on an individual basis (i'm trying to get diagnosed for fibromyalgia i'm in constant pain everyday even before I exercised again)

I have been doing a balance of slimming and bulking since the warmer weather hit… and I'd say I care what others think but as i've grown i've begun to learn not to care what the trolls and the bandwagon jumpers think of me fat or muscular I look how I want to look because I want to and I think that kind of mentality is something more people should catch on to (disclaimer: within health related reason) after all the trends I wanna shame is more of those trends that F^&* kids up in the head mentally and then mess their bodies up

it's ok to be skinny naturally… but it's messed up to body shame to try and tell anyone especially kids with fat that it's meant to be that way for everyone cause all that will give them is mental trauma and an eating disorder

one of the things I hate about a portion of the modeling industry is fat shaming it pisses me off even though Ironically I almost became a model as a kid because I was skinny… thank god I was too poor to london for a photoshoot or I would of been a shallow man I was capable of high levels of vanity as a kid I only wizened up as the years went on theres nothing wrong with body pride just don't take it to taking pictures of yourself in a mirror at 3 o'clock in the morning!

any child should be able to have aspirations of becoming a model when they grow up without having to change their bodyweight

I felt alienated by my family as a I grew into my early 20's because I didn't like being called skinny… slim/muscular build maybe but not skinny also hated the phrase "it's ok for you, your skinny you can eat what you want" which was bull you try eating enough to keep up with a high powered metabolism (which also made it difficult to pack on any muscle)

I was hungry almost 24/7 nothing was enough if I didn't eat 3x more than someone 4 times my size i'd of died of malnutrition I ate less in early years of college and my weight dropped to 6 stone that's 38.1kg… like I said don't judge the cover all I did was drop my diet to that of the average college student (kinda had to food is expensive past 2010)

So remember be happy with yourself (maybe a little vanity won't hurt just don't let it go to your head and remember if someone is bullying for your body shape and size thin/fat/muscular tall/short just remember they're probably doing it because they feel insecure about their own body… that doesn't mean you should return the favour it would make you no better

if anything shame the act of shaming not the body!
