If you want a superficial phony life make phony superficial choices.
I’m sure some women are actually attracted to a thicker flabbier body type but I’m sure most just feel safe and less self conscious with one.
To pull off a dad bod you gotta be decently hairy on your chest and stomach and your arms can’t be flabby. I got lucky most of my fat goes to my thighs so it’s not as noticeable. But really everyone should try to not have a dad bod.
