We should be in good health at 20 percent body fat we should be more concerdient for people’s felling but still have the stern ness to tell people the truth that’s all I am saying
There is unrealistic bodies. If you have 3 kids n work 12 hours a day ur never going to have enough time to have an Adonis physique. U can be sorta fit but there's limits. On time.

Being fat is not acceptable at all. There’s no reason to be fat. All these people saying they’re born fat is bullshit. Look at the hazda and pigmi tribes. They are fuckin shredded because they get up and do shit everyday. Get off the couch and work out. Stop crying and start doing.
