This guy is in denial, he makes up things to feel good about being lazy because he doesnt want to feel bad about anything.
8 to 18 job. Been there. Kids have it getting out of school and even dogs. Its the brAin saying "ok were free, we can chill out"

Not here to be arrogant or critical or tell people how to live there life, but I have some thoughts.
I've been in both the lifestyles. Done things this guys way (be happy take it easy) and the Goggins way (suffer everyday, get after it). For me it's a no brainer. The Goggins mentally has been the best thing that ever happened to me in 33 yrs. It got me my life back. It took me from the pathatic weak ass underachiever to a dominant alpha male who picks up girls at bars genuinely without trying. I don't say that to be an arrogant jerk, it's just the way it is cos I'm super fit because of Goggins. For me the path of suffering is the path of happiness. I can't and won't speak for others. People need to work thinks out for themselves. Thanks for reading everybody and hope you have a great day.
