About 8 or 9 years ago, I was at the lowest point a person could get. I woke up that morning crying and thinking that I wasn't any good to anyone. I was in a very deep depression. I didn't unlock my door and I shut my phone off. I was about to kill myself. Just as I was laying the knife on my wrist, it felt like someone hit me in the head. Clear as a bell, I heard a voice ask me what I was doing. I laid the knife down, cried and prayed all day. About 5:00 that evening, I thought to myself, you better fix yourself something to eat, or you'll make yourself sick. I know, crazy thought because a few hours earlier, I was going to kill myself. Anyway, I got up and was standing at my stove cooking something to eat. As I was standing there, I literally left my body and was up over watching myself cook. It scared me when I realized what was going on. I slammed back inside my body and all depression was gone and I was so happy. In 2018, my depression came back, although not as bad because my youngest brother was found dead of a massive heart attack. My daughter talked me into getting help. So I started going to a doctor and was put on anti depression medication . It has totally helped so much. Then on May 30th of this year, I found my oldest brother dead. They said something about his heart being the cause. Finding him almost put me out. It messed with my head super bad. Now I'm having to see a psychiatrist. But I have faith in my Lord Jesus Christ will help my mind so I will no longer have to take any medications. Praise Jesus. Our Lord and Savior. Glory be to God.
