Lethwei is so fucking brutal. You have to be a different kind of tough to compete in that sport, and a little dumb as well for obvious reasons. Not only do you take head damage from fists, knees elbows and feet, but you're now throwing in godamn headbutts and on top of all that, they have a rule where if you get knocked out cold, your corner has a certain amount of time to "revive" you and get you back in the fight. So there's a chance of you getting completely knocked out cold not once but possibly several times on top of the many headbutts and other strikes that are no doubt punishing your fucking brain lol there's a reason Lethwei fighters don't have crazy records with alot of fights under their belt. The amount of brain trauma you undoubtedly receive after even just one fight is terrible for the brain but imagine that after 10-12 fights, taking the same damage every single time, getting knocked out possibly several times each fight. I mean there's no way a fighter could keep the same mental health and dexterity to build a significant record when you're taking not only that amount of damage but also that type of damage, the intensity and severity of it. It's fucking wild for sure and I'd hate to be that guy who decides to start a fight with a guy only to unfortunately find out he's a fucking professional Lethwei fighter. I mean when it comes to real life self-defense and street fighting, it doesn't get any better than having Lethwei in your arsenal because it's essentially the same exact fucking thing
i train mma but i also play piano . conditioning my hands is so terrifying because im so scared of hurting my hand in a way that will hurt my playing . but hey it beats having a boxers fracture if i ever fight for real.

I've always done push ups on my knuckles but I still refracture same big knuckle on right hand. I don't think it will ever completely heal. Anytime I get a good connection it swells and hurts like hell. I don't want surgery just don't know why it keeps breaking and separating . Though calcium grew on bone. This seems to separate everytime
Makes me wanna go to Myanmar and get my ass whooped
