Angels didn't actually had wings. They levitated at fast speed. But the levitation concept wasn't easy to explain to regular humans. The communicator used the terms 'they had wings' so that it becomes easy to explain with words..

Translation is poor at best.hottest part of the flame is blue but so is holy water too but both flow true. and this is human interpretation of a story. True as these words might be. you dont see it from there angle
