Why are there equity provisions in an environmental bill?
Government is a terrible investor. Invest in whatever you want with your own money. You get to keep the profits and you get to bear the losses. I'll do my own investment.
China is doing and has done a Green New Deal. They have built their bullet train system throughout the entire country, nullifying the need to fly domestically. By having large electric vehicle production quotas, China is the largest car market in the world and their electric vehicle production will be the world’s third largest vehicle market by 2025. They are about to make enormous profits by selling all of best low in price but high in quality electric vehicles all across the world. BMW and Volkswagen have contracted with Chinese battery maker BYD to produce all of the batteries for gear companies’ electric vehicles. We are losing to others by choosing to remain sedentary.
